Privacy Policy
Daily TrackUp is provided by Omar Elghannam, based in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how information is handled when you create an account or use the app.
Information handled
Daily TrackUp handles your account email address, optional display name, Firebase user identifier, tasks, task steps, schedules, journals, quick notes, moods, tags, preferences, and avatar configuration. Reminder schedules and certain preferences are also stored locally on your device.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, provide planning and journal features, synchronize your data between devices, personalize the experience, maintain security, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Service providers
Daily TrackUp uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, and Google Sign-In. These providers process information to operate authentication, cloud storage, security, and related infrastructure under their applicable terms and policies.
Sharing and selling
Daily TrackUp does not sell personal data and does not share information for advertising. Service providers process information only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service. You can delete your account in Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account or use the public deletion instructions. Deletion removes the account and associated Daily TrackUp cloud data, subject to limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or backup lifecycle.
Security
Daily TrackUp uses authenticated access controls and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
Children
Daily TrackUp is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data without appropriate authorization.
International processing
Cloud providers may process information in countries other than your country. Appropriate provider safeguards apply to this processing.
Changes and contact
